Do you provide study materials?
Yes! All courses include comprehensive study materials, high quality video lessons, practice tests,sample answers, vocabulary lists,and access to our learning platform with 1000+ practice questions.
What if I don't achieve my target score?
Our Serious Learner plan includes a Band-Score Guarantee. If you attend all classes, complete all assignments, and still don’t achieve a minimum Band 7, you can retake the course for free or get a full refund (you must show your test result). Minimum preparation time is 4 months. If you miss more than 2 live lessons or fail to complete the assignments, the guarantee will not apply.
Are the classes live or recorded?
Our classes are a mix of both. You’ll get access to unlimited recorded video lessons that you can watch at your own pace, and for higher-tiers you’ll also get live sessions. So you benefit from real-time interaction + full flexibility
Can I get one-on-one speaking practice?
All our plans include one-on-one speaking sessions with certified instructors.
